| I created this design as a way to use up the "millions" of small bits of left-over yarns accumulated from knitting socks. The pattern is written for fingering weight yarn in adult's medium size. It uses six colors of yarn in the amounts, or less, typically remaining after knitting a pair of medium sized socks. I designed the pattern in two colorways, using Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock yarn. They are... May Day Violet, Turquoise, Pale Pink, Pink Blossom, Natural, and Grapevine. Cricket Club Navy, Denim, Harvest, Pine, Natural, and Cranberry. |
